Chicken sticks ( Chicken kadi Gosht )

During Ramadan chicken sticks or chicken kadi gosht is very famous made with  boneless skinless chicken breast. This starter is very costly , so make it at home and save your money.  Let's start making it .




Ingredients:

Boneless skinless chicken breast - 1kg 
Salt - 1/2 tbsp 
Green chilly paste - 1 tbsp 
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp 
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp 
Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tbsp 
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tbsp 
Lemon juice of  - 1 lemon 
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 2 tbsp 
Cornflour - 1/2 cup 
Egg white - 2 eggs 
Water - 1 tbsp 
Vermicelli ( sevai ) or bread crumbs - 1 cup 
Oil for - frying 
Wooden skewers 

How to make: 

1. First  Marinate the chicken breast with salt, green chilli paste, gg paste,  chaat masala, red chilly powder,  tandoori masala, lemon juice,  tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, cornflour. Mix all very well keep it in fridge for 2 to 3 hrs.

2. After 3 hrs , take out from fridge . Mix it once again, then thread the marinated chicken breast with wooden skewers and keep aside.

3. Crushed the vermicelli  keep aside. Beat the eggs pour the egg whites in plate add 1 tbsp of water in it, whisk it and keep aside. 

4.  First Coat the chicken with egg mixture, then with vermicelli . Press it with the help of your hand and shape it, then keep aside.

5. Heat the oil in pan, then deep fry the chicken sticks in it on low to medium flame. 

6. Serve crunchy and crispy chicken sticks with tomato ketchup. 


Note : if you like you can cut the chicken breast lenght wise about 1 inch strips, before marinating it.

Gobi (Cauliflower) Manchurian

             Gobi (Cauliflower) Manchurian 

Gobi Manchurian is very delicious saucy , juicy 
'Indo-Chinese' appetizer, made with Cauliflower.You can't stop eating it . Let's start making .


Prep time : 10 min
Cooking time : 20 min 
Total time : 30 min
Serving for : 5 to 6 

Ingredients  : 

Cauliflower - 1 big 
Water - for boiling  
Salt - 1/4 tbsp 
Maida or plain flour- 3 tbsp 
Cornflour- 6 to 8 tbsp 
Salt - 1 tsp 
Water - as required  
Oil - for frying 

For Manchurian  sauce : 

Oil -  2 tbsp 
Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp 
Finely chopped onion- 3 tbsp 
Spring onion green chopped- hand full
Red chilly sauce - 3 tbsp 
Soy sauce - 4 tbsp 
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp 
Salt - 1/4 tbsp 
Water - 1 cup 
Cornflour celery ( mix 2 tbsp of cornflour with some water make liquid type  paste ) - 2 tbsp 

Spring onion green chopped - for garnishing 

How to make  : 

1. Cut the Cauliflower in florets keep aside .

2. In kadai  add water and salt boil it, when it start boiling add Cauliflower florets in it and boil for 10 min on high flame . After that strain the water then keep aside. 

3. In bowl add plain flour , cornflour and salt mix it . Add little by little water make no lumps remain batter  . Add  boiled Cauliflower florets on it mix well , when you adding Cauliflower in  this batter , batter become thin, so add cornflour on it for nice thick coating to florets.

4.  Heat the oil in pan , fry Cauliflower  florets  on it. Take out fried florets in tray . Wait .. frying step is not complete. Heat the oil on high flame  , add fried florets on it . Fry once again in oil, till crispy and golden brown in  colour, on high flame .

5. Take out  florets and keep aside.  In big kadai  add 2 tbsp of oil . Add chopped garlic and chopped onion on it mix well on high flame.  Add red chilly sauce and soy sauce mix well . Add tomato ketchup, salt and spring onion  mix well. 
Add 1 cup of water when it start boiling  add cornflour celery  mix well  till Manchurian sauce  become thick . Add fried  Cauliflower florets on it mix well . 

6. Garnish with spring onion green,  Serve hot .

Chicken Golden Coins

               Chicken Golden Coins

Chicken Golden Coins is very delicious  starter for 'Ramadan.'  My family love it very much. Very delicious combination of chicken minced and bread. Glad to share yummy recipe with you, I hope you all are love it. Let's start making it .


Prep time : 15min 
Cooking time : 15min
Total time : 30min

Ingredients : 

Boneless chicken- 1/2 kg 
Bread slice - 1 big packet 
Salt - 1/4 tbsp or as per taste 
Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilly chopped - 1 tbsp or as per required 
Coriander leaves chopped - hand full 
Onion finely chopped - 2 nos
Egg - 2 nos
Cornflour powder- 2 tbsp 
Soy sauce- 2 tbsp 
Water - 2 tbsp 
Oil - for frying 


How to make : 

1. Cut the chicken pieces in small size,  then grind it till fine minced is ready .

2. Add salt, chaat masala, gg paste , green chillies, coriander leaves,  onion , 1 egg , cornflour powder and soy sauce. Mix very well , then
 keep a side .

3. Beat the other egg in a bowl add 2 tbsp water in it, whisk well then keep aside .

4. With the help of round cutter or glass cut the bread slices in round shape . 

5. First apply the egg mixture on round shape bread slice,  the spread the chicken minced mixture,  after that spread the egg mixture again.

6. Ready all chicken Golden Coins. 

7. Heat the oil and deep fry the Golden Coins from both sides on medium flame .

8. When  it is Golden brown in colour take out on tissue paper . 

9. Serve the chicken Golden Coins with tomato ketchup.
